Promote Cross-cultural Collaboration of Music Internationally
Professional musicians taught us performance techniques and encouraged us to coordinate with each other to achieve balance in the ensemble, which was a valuable learning experience.

2022 Ensemble Training student

Ensemble Training offers a one-of-a-kind musical experience. This year, we invite students to learn from Austria’s preeminent chamber orchestra, Camerata Salzburg, and to perform side by side with their mentors in concert. Students admitted will receive intensive coaching devised by Trey Lee to develop teamwork as musicians via:

  • Sectional and full orchestral rehearsals
  • Professional concert performance with Camerata Salzburg and renowned musicians at the Hong Kong City Hall as part of Musicus Fest 2023
  • Master Class(es) with distinguished artists*
Participants may be invited to take part in upcoming overseas training and performances with Musicus partners.
