Musicus Society is launching a series of Free Educational Talks on “Studying Music Overseas”. Following the first talk by renowned pianist Stephen Hough, Artistic Director Trey Lee and Metropolitan Opera concertmaster David Chan will join hands, sharing their insights as classmates at Harvard undergraduate to auditions and experiences at renowned music institutions.

Trey Lee and David Chan both received their bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and attended The Juilliard School (David received his masters while Trey graduated from the Pre-College Division and received his masters from New England Conservatory).  Today, they are two of the most sought-after artists. In addition to concert appearances both as a violinist and a conductor, Chan is on the faculty of The Juilliard School and The Mannes School of Music.  Trey Lee won the International Antonio Janigro Competition and has appeared in major concert venues around the world.Besides being the Artistic Director of Musicus Society, he is also a UNICEF Ambassador.
