Marketing and Program Officer

Job Description
  • Acting as project coordinator in implementing education events, student training program and concerts. 
  • Responsibilities include:
    - assisting in education program promotion;
    - assisting in preparing agreements and controlling event budget; 
    - coordinating with funding body and partners;
    - liaising, coordinating and implementing logistics (such as scheduling, event flow, event budget, artist hospitality, etc.) with the following parties:
      * education program speakers, performers, schools and community organizations, etc.
      * student training program’s audition panel, instructors, venues, students/parents, etc.
      * concerts’ artists, rehearsal and performance venues, instrument rental parties, contractors, etc.
  • Working location: Chai Wan

Requirements

  • A degree holder, preferably majored in music; 
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in arts administration or arts education;
  • Experienced in educational projects and/or event management will be an advantage; 
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage;
  • Competence in IT including Excel

Compensation
Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
